The convention is for Young Single Adults who are 18-35 years old, as per Section 14 of The Church's Handbook of Instructions. You must be 18 on the first day of the convention. The convention has not been set-up or organised to accommodate under 18s. We will verify this with your Bishop/Branch President.
If you are under 18 or over 35, and have paid for the convention, you will receive no refund and be asked to leave the convention.
We have in the past had 17 years old try to come on the convention. The first question we will ask Bishops/Branch President is to verify your age. The second question, is for those who are Friends of the Church so that they understand the Gospel standards of the weekend.
Once you sign-up, you will be sent an email to say you're registration application is pending. This is for us to verify your age with your Bishop/Branch President.
Once that has been verified, you will get another email confirming your registration, and then you will need to pay by clicking on the "Pay Now" button within the email.
Don't forget to download the Eventleaf Guide App to keep up to date with the convention.
Money will only be processed once you've clicked on the "Pay Now" button in your confirmation email after verification. We will send you an email confirming that you have paid for the convention from the ffyddlon2025@gmail.com inbox.

You will need to let us know via email at ffyddlon2025@gmail.com. If you are no longer coming to the convention, we can provide you with a full refund up to 8 weeks before the convention starts. However, after that, no refund can be processed.
Similarly, if you want to change your accommodation status, you will need to email us, we will provide a refund, and then you will need to re-register. Just bear in mind that if you re-register for hotel accommodation, there may not be any space as we have limited spaces.
With low numbers from the Bristol CC area, the committee are worried that a huge influx of local YSA will show up for the Super Sunday. With the Centre of YA funds being frozen within Stakes we did not want to ask Stakes to contribute anymore than they already doing. This small cost will cover the food for the day.
