By registering and attending this convention, you agree to the following terms and accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being throughout the event.
Personal Responsibility: All participants must be aware that their participation in the convention is at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that they are able to engage in any of the activities provided, including but not limited to, dancing, exercise, swimming, mountain climbing/hiking, and any other associated activities.
Health and Fitness: By attending this convention, you confirm that you are in good health in the participation in any activity. If you have any concerns regarding your ability to safely participate, it is advised that you consult with a medical professional before attending and disclose any concerns during registration.
Liability: The organisers of the convention will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants. However, they will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may arise during the course of the event, whether on-site or during any of the activities. You assume full responsibility for your actions and safety at all times.
Food and Allergies: The organisers will make efforts to provide a variety of food options; however, participants with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for ensuring that they only consume food that is safe for them. It is advised that you inform convention staff of any known allergies or dietary restrictions in the registration form. The organisers cannot guarantee that all food will be free from allergens. All participants are advised to carry any necessary medication (e.g. epinephrine injectors) and to take necessary precautions with food.
Environmental Hazards: As this convention takes place both outdoors and indoors, participants are reminded that natural hazards may exist, including unstable ground, weather conditions, wildlife, and other potential environmental risks. It is the responsibility of the participant to remain vigilant and exercise caution in all environments.
Accommodation: Participants opting for Hotel accommodation must ensure they follow all hotel rules, including those relating to noise and respect for others. Adequate personal equipment and preparation are the responsibility of each participant.
Swimming and Water Activities: For activities involving water, such as swimming, participants must follow all safety protocols in place. It is the participant’s responsibility to swim within their own skill level and to respect the safety boundaries of water areas.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All participants must comply with all relevant local, regional, and national laws, including those specific to Welsh Government Laws.

When you register you also agree to the following:
Correct Age: In order to participate in this convention you need to be 18 years old before or on the 20th June 2025, if you are 18 after this date you will not be able to participate. The convention is not set-up to cater for under 18s.
Correct Contact information: Name, Date of Birth, Address, City, Country, Postal Code, Emergency contact, Ward/Brach and Stake.
Approval of Participation: You are also agreeing by registering that your Bishop/Branch President or Stake President will verify your participation in accordance to these terms and conditions of the convention.
Disclose Medical Information: Disclose any medical information that may affect your time during this convention. Any serious medical information such as, but not limited to, Seizures, Allergies, Chronic conditions and others.
Church conventions and activities can be fun, uplifting, and spiritually strengthening for everyone who attends. To reach these aims, all participants are invited to commit to follow the principles taught in The Church General Handbook and in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When we do, the experience will be better for everyone.
Please note that the convention is not the time or place for romantic behaviour or for conversations and actions that distract from the purpose of the convention or activity. If you participate in any of the following prohibited activities, leaders may ask you to leave the convention with no refunds:
Participating in or encouraging immoral behavior of any kind, which includes breaking the law of chastity or distributing pornography in any form.
Shoplifting, theft, or vandalism of any kind.
Breaking the Word of Wisdom, including vaping or possessing illegal or harmful substances.
Possessing weapons or dangerous items of any kind. (If specifically authorized, certain items may be provided and used in supervised activities.)
Harming or threatening to harm yourself or others physically, spiritually, or emotionally, including bullying in any form or disrupting another’s experience.
